Whoa, Jen is a kick-ass gorgeous babe who BROUGHT IT for our creative session. I mean, hello fireball!
Skylar became a super gracious model for me when I was seeking out exploring this creative session. I wanted to do something completely different than my normal work. For that reason we went minimal makeup and no hair. Nudes really show the the real and raw power of her body and it's amazing strength to create these beautiful poses. I did a simple back drop, no distractions, just Skylar and her kick ass strength and beauty.
This is Hayley's second session with me. I love her to pieces and so excited she decided to do another experience with me, because we created FIRE again. When you choose to do a second session there are weird aren't present like the first time around; you are more comfortable because you have an idea what's coming. Hayley was no exception to this and hopped right in knowing we were about to kill it.
One of my favorite things to do is shoot other photographers. There is something that sparks you in you when a fellow creative seeks you out to capture them. I was honored to meet Shani, we connected on so many different levels, and I'm beyond honored she chose me to create her boudoir session for her. Plus, she's trying to convince me she's 46, but she doesn't look a day over 22 if you ask me.

Jessica has an amazing story, she has lost over 130 lbs. From talking and getting to know her during her through out her Boudoir Experience, I know she has struggled with body image issue her entire life, as I think most of us do. In her words I'll let her tell her story...
My Boudoir Experience...
"Boudoir; something that I had wanted to do for a long time but always found a reason that the time wasn't right. "I would look better if I lost a few pounds, I'm not in good enough shape, and I don't want to be seen this bare by a photographer." Those were just a few of my excuses.
I have lost 130 pounds and bared three children out of this body. The end result, lots of loose skin and the insecurities that come with it. I never saw myself as beautiful. All I saw were the imperfections in the mirror. However, after rescheduling twice in a seven month period I finally found the courage to get my images done. I surprised myself with the bouts of confidence I felt throughout my shoot. It definitely helped having amazing makeup done and a rockstar behind the lens. I left my shoot feeling a little more confident and accepting of myself.
Two weeks later, when I saw all of my images I was speechless. Was that girl on the screen really me? Suddenly I didn't see loose skin and stretch marks. I saw a beautiful, sexy, and confident woman. And I saw the woman that my husband always tells me that I am. What started out as a gift to my husband, was really in the end a gift to myself. ( with the added benefit of an elated husband). You only get one life and you only get one body. And from now on I am going to love the skin I'm in."
